can i sit in the grass at the hollywood bowl?
i went to the hollywood bowl years ago and i think i remember sitting in the grass, having a picnic while watching the show.
now i'm trying to buy tickets online, but the seating chart makes it look like there's no lawn seating. can you not get general admission seats in the grass anymore? how does it work?
They did away with the lawn seats, but you can still buy the $1 cheap seats in the upper level and bring your picnic up there. They also have a bunch of picnic areas in and around the Bowl where you can have a picnic before the show starts.
